Question here on itchy nipple, male

Hello I am a healthy 29 year old male. I had a physical with blood work and urine a few months ago and everything was great. One thing I have been dealing with for the past 6 months is my left nipple is itchy...I put lotion on it and cream and it calms down after that. Like I said I had a great exam and I play sports, work out, and eat a extreme high antioxidant diet, I am a nutritionist myself. What do you think this is my itchy nipple.??????? Thanks

Hi again,
If the inverted nipple has always been like that, then you have nothing to worry about.
I still believe that your nipple problem is just a skin condition and nothing to do with breast issues. You know, skin on the breast is the same as the skin on any part of the body and subject to a variety of abnormalities.
Try the lotion I mentioned before,it could work but if not, then see your dermatologist okay?
Take care...

Hello and thank you for your reply! Yeah I have no discharge at all. Inverted nipple the one that is itchy has somewhat always been slightly inverted as far back as I can remember. When stimulated it points out though... Also, I have no breast lumps...

Hi,
If you have no other symptoms, like nipple discharge or an inverted nipple,I would think that this is more likely a skin problem ,rather than a breast issue.
Since lotion gives you some relief,I would advise you to buy from your pharmacy a concentrated Lanolin lotion called " Lansinoh".This lotion is used by nursing mothers, but it works wonder for itchy and dry nipples. You could apply it before and after showering.
If things don't get better soon,I think it's best to see a dermatologist in case this problem needs to be further evaluated.
Best wishes..
