Searing pain in breast

I have this searing pain in my right breast.  It feels like someone is sticking a hot needle into my breast.
It feels like there is a lump under my nipple, and when I prod it, it hurts like nothing I have ever felt before.  I can't fold my arms, or touch it.

Is this something to worry about, should I see a doctor?

You definitely should see your Dr. for a clinical breast exam and any other testing that may be appropriate. Pain is rarely associated with Breast Cancer but certainly is present when there are breast cysts or other issues involving the milk ducts. This could also be some type of infection. Make that appointment sooner than later; you need not be in so much pain.  Regards ....
