Suspicious Abnormality on Mammogram

I'm 47 years old needing a breast biopsy. I had a routine mammogram that showed a spot (no lump is felt)and then I had a spot compression with magnification . The findings were:
Presence of cluster of microcalcifications in the left outer quadrant. They are somewhat pleomorphic. Possibility of intraductal carcinoma. Bi-Rads Category 4. Is cancer probable with these findings and a bi-rad 4 ?. What is the % that it's cancer? I just want to be prepared for the biopsy findings.

Thank you for your comments.  I am happy to report that my son is 75% better, his doctor released him for school but no football or gym until he is checked again in a week.  His oxygen level was really low, he will have to stay on antibiotics and the nebulizer every four hours for this next week til he gets rechecked on Monday.  Thank you for your thoughts and prayers and sorry I wasn't quicker to respond.  One thing that you may want to check with your son is to put on hand on his chest and one on his back and have him take a couple deep breathes.  I could literally feel all the rattling in his chest, it is much better now that he is clearing up.  The doctor said that his oxygen level was so low that if he would have gone out to play football, he could have literally keeled over dead.  His doctor considered hospitalizing him on two occasions but luckily we were able to nurse him back to health at home.  I am all for staying out of the hospital when you can.  You had  a very constant cough and it was very dry sounding.  Now that he is getting better, it is loosening up and it not chronic anymore, maybe once per hour.
You may want to have your son checked.  I have had pneumonia twice years ago but never had to go in the hospital.  Don't mean to scare you about your son, but I didn't realize that the oxygen could get so low from the lungs having fluid in them, that exertion could cause such tragedy.
I am hoping that his is the flu since it seems to be making it's way through your house.
I will pray for all of you to have a quick recovery.
Thank you for all of your concern, Snowtree, and please spend some time taking care of yourself and get some much needed rest.  It is so hard when all of you are sick, as the mom, you end up nursing everyone else and not yourself.  Remember the book I read by Louise Hay that said that one of the emotional reasons woman have breast problems is because they (we) take care of everyone else, nurse them, and don't nurture ourselves.  Well, take time for yourself.

I got carried away telling you what you reminded me of, but I didn't tell you the most important thing. How is your son doing from the pneumonia?  Today I woke up thinking of him, my twins and my other son and me are having the flu, I was wondering if my twin son is having pneumonia, because he is really sick, doesn't want to eat anything, and coughs a lot.  Well, hope you know I'm praying for your son and for you too.

Just like everybody else, you have been there for me, worrying about me.  Thank you for asking me about my future ordeal, I appreciate that very much.  You are top in my list.  How is your incision going?  So glad everything went good for you.  Keep in touch.  No period yet, flu yes, headaches yes.  May God grant you the desires of your heart.

Today you are speaking with the doctors.  Let us know as soon as you know something.  Praying for you.  Wear that coral top, lipstick, comb that hair, tease it, and let us know how it all went.  snowtree
