Why did I have bloody discharge from right nipple?

Was diagnosed with intraductal papilloma on the right breast last year due to redish discharge at 33yrs. old.  The mammo didn't indicate enough to do any other treatments.... Doctor prescribed anibiotics and the bloody discharge is gone.... Both my nipple have always leaked a milky substance since I had my kids....Doctor said it was normal as long as color don't change....Now 6 months later I'm due for my follow up mammogram and need to know if it's ok to wait because I'm currently going under treatment for CIN III( cervical dysplasia/carcinoma-in-situ )....

1.  Is it OK to pospone the mammogram?

2.  Can intraductal papilloma or bloody discharge from nipple relate to cervical dysplasia/cancer?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Dear cheli55, There should be no reason to postpone the mammogram as that would not interfere with treatment of the cervical issue.   Intraductal papillomas are a benign wart like growth in the milk duct of the breast.  There is no known cause of this.  This differs from HPV or human papilloma virus where certain high-risk types are associated with cervical dysplasia or CIN.  There is no known relationship between occurence of intraductal papillomas and cervical dysplasia.
