Will a breast haematuria after surgery sort itself out in time?

I have had my breast implants removed. About a month after the surgery, a subcutaneous haematoma developed in one breast and the surgeon removed it by aspiration. Almost immediately, the haematuria has come back. I am otherwise healthy. There is no infection. Can I just let the haematuria be in the expectation that the problem will sort itself out given a little time? How much time should I allow?

Dear Erminias:  A hematoma is a bruise that occurs due to bleeding under the skin.  They will resolve on their own over time.  It can take months.  Hematuria is blood in the urine.  If you are having blood in the urine, it should be evaluated by your doctor.

Dear Doctor, thank you very much for your helpful reply - and my apologies too. I meant to say 'haematoma'. But there was then a slip of the pen - or the finger- and I typed 'haematuria' ( that I also suffer from). It is a great relief to me to know that I need not worry about my ballooning breast and that the 'heamatoma' will resolve on its own over time. Thank you again. E
