Hi there.

What you are describing sounds normal.  Do the little lumps come up when you are touching your nipple or when it's cold, or are they there all the time?  Nipples and the areola (the colored skin around the nipple) are sensitive to touch and cold and little bumps will rise.  If your breasts are just beginning to develop, then perhaps one is lagging a bit behind the other.

Good luck, and let us know if you have any other concerns.

Warmly,

Chris
