What are possible findings after excisional biopsy

My radiologist informed my that my recent breast biopsy (microcalicifications) indicates atypical lobular hyperplasia. He said I will need excisional biopsy to remove the remaining and some surrounding area.  Waiting on call from my doctor, but I'm interested in what are the possible findings from this surgery -- can ALH be found benign ..

ALH is thought of to be a precursor of cancer. If left to multiply these atypical cells stack upon one another and may develop into a Lobular Cancer that would be confined to the area without becoming invasive. The findings would not necessarily differ from the original biopsy but the entire area needs to be removed as well as a margin around it that is free of these cells (clean margin). ALH like ADH is benign but increases the risk by at least 50% of developing Breast Cancer in the future.   Regards ....
