Just from breast feeding for only 3 weeks so far I'm like 1-2 lbs from my pre pregnancy weight. I've even been splurgy with snacks. Though im trying to keep the 6 lil meals diet i was on during pregnancy. Not counting calor ies or portions though. Once I see the dr after 6 weeks I can start exercising again.
I gained 34 lbs total, I'm 21 days into bf (not much excercise bc I can't leave my baby too long) I'm 17 lbs from pre pregnancy weight. My diet ***** right now, a lot of junk snacks bc it's all I have time to grab btwn feedings. I'm usually a health nut.
(i also had a csection... So, I'm really only just able to get up & move around with less pain & no ibuprofen this last week)
