Could it be cancer?

I'm a 16 year old female. I have what feels to be a 3 in. lump under the muscle of the right side of my neck that's been present for 2 years. It's in the middle of the side of my neck and slowly growing to the front of my neck. Doctors did an ultrasound plus blood work and saw nothing abnormal and said it's just me growing weirdly. There's no pain but it's uncomfortable and causes pressure on the inside my neck. Do you think it is from growing or something else?

The doctor said my lymph nodes were normal. Thank you for replying.

It's probably just a swollen lymph node. Keep an eye on it and if it gets any bigger go see a doctor. Preferably a different one so you can have a second opinion.
