Growth on Lymphnodes, calcification on mammogram, lung nodule

I hope someone can help guide me because I am freaking out!! Background - 35 yr old female, family history of cancer, Gall bladder removed, bile duct stones still form and get lodged, nodule found on lung about 2 yrs ago and now I have a breast lump. Went for mammo yesterday and was pulled back in and shown Micro-calfications and re imaged. Went for the ultra sound, waited 30 min because "the dr. needed to talk to me". Tech comes back says - your good to go, we don't kow why you can feel that lump and why you have nipple discharge results will be sent to your dr and walked out. I left there more confused and called my dr. She got the results today and they were the exact opposite of what i was told yesterday - no mention of any calcification (which i first hand was shown on my scan) and there are a group of lumps on my lymph nodes. My dr wants to play the let wait and see for 6 mnths game - but given this whole situation I don't know if I should. any advice would be appreciated
