Hysterectomy due to cancer at age 20

Ok so im new here and am just learning how to use this site. SO, here I go. 10 years ago I was told I had ovarian cancer, I was 20. I was 1 in 100,000 of woman my age with that specific type. No body told me what to expect no body knew anything to tell me to help. I went through menapause at 20. I guess I just really need to know and want to know how to get rid of this 'fat' that it has caused. I just wanna be normal again. Nobody that age deserves a hyterectomy, nobody that age should have to deal with this. Please, my doc wont help they say is a part of life and just want me on ERT but I know that will increase my risk of Breast Cancer and I don't think I could survive another outbreak. I'd rather die. SO, please just please.

A phytoestrogen is a naturally occurring plant nutrient that has an estrogen like action. Scientists have discovered hundreds of phytoestrogens including soybeans, seeds (especially flax), whole grains, nuts (especially walnuts) and many herbs.  Japanese women rarely suffer menopausal symptoms due to the high soy in their diet.

You can also purchase phytoestrogen supplements in pharmacies. My mother used Phytolife (soy phytoestrogen) by Blackmores with great success. After a few months, no more menopausal symptoms until she no longer needed it three years later.

Phytoestrogens herbs include black cohosh, **** quai, red clover, alfalfa, licorice, Korean ginseng, wild American ginseng, kudzu root.

Other natural alternatives for menopause is bioidentical progesterone cream with phytoestrogens which contains both progesterone and phytoestrogens.

Phytoestrogens may have protective action cancers such as prostate, breast, bowel, and other cancers, heart disease, brain function disorders, and osteoporosis.
