I need help.
There's somehting that kinda scared of. On my back side of my penis there are some white things like acne that when i squeeze them white liquid comes out. Now i was doing that for a while and one of them has grown bigger and when i sqeeze it blood comes out and it hurst a lot when i even touch it. I wanna know if this is anything serious cause im too embarrassed to tell anyone close to me like my parents or friends. Please tell me what to do cause im afraid that it may be some sort of cancer. I dont know what to think.
If they don't bother you, don't squeeze them. I can't tell you what they are, especially without a picture, but based on what you' ve told me I think they are Fordyce spots or pearly penile papules. There are pictures on the internet. Also look up folliculitis.
No they don't hurt , itch, or burn. I have them for like 1 and a half years. I dont have STD since i still never had any sexual activities, i cant say about folliculitis so how is it possible to find out?
