Please give me some feedback pretty nervous

Well to start I'm 23 years old I used to smoke up until about a month ago. there was a point where I was up to 2 packs a day. I started getting a pulling pain in my shoulder while working in texas about 6 months ago, I thought the pain may have been from working to much and not properly lifting heavy equipment. Its gotten worse now even getting on my right side. its now a chest/back/shoulder/collarbone pain. Especially after drinking alcohol. I was told its possibly esophagus related. now my pain is like a burning/stinging annoying pain. and to add to it I have a burning pain under my jaw hurting to behind my east and up my head.! Any ideas?
