What's this I found on my leg?

When I was looking in the mirror, I found this black dot on the back of my leg. It wasn't there before, it just suddenly appeared. I thought it was a mole but when I felt it, it didn't have that "bump". Is this a sign of something? Should I be worried? Oh and it's the size of a regular mole.

Post your question on the Forum that the doctor replies to so he give you his thoughts.  That is what I did.  My "dots" have been there for years and my family doctor asked me one time what it was.  He didn't seem concerned when I told him it had come up some years ago and never went away. Go figure.......

If it arrived suddenly (days) it is like to be a blood blister. Have you injured yourself?

If it grew more slowly then you need to see a doctor to get it checked out?

I have found the same thing on my hand and one on my foot.  I will be curious to see what the answer to your question is.
