MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
What other symptoms are present and what were the initial diagnostic tests done? I understand your concern regarding the swollen lymph nodes and if it has been 4 weeks already, further evaluation may need to be done. Infections such as ear infection, respiratory tract infection, mouth sores, and skin issues are the most common cause. Chest xray and blood tests may help determine the underlying cause. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked for proper diagnosis. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.
