is there a relationship between uterine fibroids and endometrial cancer? this was so long ago, I forgot.

Hi!
No uterine fibroids are nearly almost always benign. If at all there are abnormal cells or cancerous changes, this gives rise to a cancer called leiomyosarcoma. Endometrial cancer starts from uterine lining. These two cancers are not related. Hope this helps.
