lump on testicles

Hi. sometimes i've pain on my testicles(not so usual, 1-2 hours max if i have a rest), mostly it happens when i work a lot with my laptop. When i made self exam to my testicles i see nothing wrong but there are 2 lumps on top of 2 testicles(each got one) and there are 2 lumps behind 2 testicles(each got one but theese are like vessels) . There is no cancer in my family. Are theese lumps usual for testicles or should i go urology to check em?

I don't think it is necessary for a Urology consult to check your testicles.  Your regular PCP/MD should be able to do this.  I would recommend having this checked.

I would leave this up to a physician so that he/she can show or let you feel the difference between a "lump" and your "epididymis."

All the best.
