really need advice on what to do im scared and im just suffering in pain

hi my names michelle i dont know if im on right forum but here goes i started having abdo pain to the left side of my lower stomach but i know this wasnt pregnancy or monthlys as ive had hysterectomy anyway i got admmitted to hospital with this pain to be discharged still in pain this was febuary this year since ive found out ive a sigmoid polyp and ive blood and mucus in my stools im also very distentened in my stomach and in chronic pain ive mentioned this to the hospital but there just ignoring me im 31 years of ages and im scared  i keep getting told that polyps dont give off symtopms but ive not eaten in over 8 months due to it hurting im just wondering if any can give me advice as my hospital doctors dont care cause im not of age to have cancer  im really scared

Well dear.....not much else I can advise you to.  So sorry you are suffering though.  

Keep trying with the physicians.

ive had long disscussons with the hospital and the managers ive had meetings with them there still refusing and denying that the polyp is giving off symptoms all i know at moment is im in sever pain i cant eat or sleep properly cause im in too much pain

Well.....see if this is possible and if it is then do it as soon as possible.  

In regards to this hospital and your complaints.....did you talk with someone in person, write a letter or talked to someone on the phone?

Can't you file a complaint with the NHS?

ive tried the complaints department and explained to them whats going off and im in contact with the managing director of the hospital but they dont seem to be listening either im just stuck with a polyp and a load of pain and none listening to me

Oh dear, well...that explains why things are the way they are.  

Is there any appeal board or some kind or board or organization you can notify about your situation and can help you get the care you need?

i just keep getting told that polyos dont give symtoms it must be something else but ive a gut feeling it is the polyp

im just been passed around to doctor to doctor they not listening to me and im just sat at home suffering i dont know what to do anymore

Why aren't you seeing a GI Specialist for this?  Why hasn't the polyps or polyp been removed?
