what do i do!

Hi, i am 17 years old i am a young female about 95 or so pounds. i have found a  lump earlier on my neck close to two inches from the front of my chin, and a little past my mid point in my neck towards my left side. It is unpainful, slightly movable (i can move it around in circles and a little to each side i try), about maybe one to two cenameters showing through. it is not attached to the skin but rather somthing else. it has a smooth tutch (can not seem to be able to grab at the lump it moves backwards but it is relativly hard. The skin over the lump does not seem a diffirent pigment to it. i have not harmed my chin in several years soits not due to harm under my chin.
also i have over active spit glands(dnt know tech. term) i have athritis, and i'm bi-poler, OCD, deppressed, and have anxity(bad). i take 50mg. zoloftevry morning to make it through school then i go home and sit around talking to my friends that get out early with me... so im not to active and i take really good care of my body i eat little to no extra suger, more then my share of vegies. and fruits on a daily basis. sence febuary 2011 i have lost 45 to 50 pounds and still losing i am only 5'4" ish... didnt notice lump untill jan. 10 2012.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i don't want to look dumb and i want to know what it is now so i dont wast my time and get it figured out.... i'm not good with not knowing can anyone help me figure this out!X(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? The lump could be due to inflamed lymph nodes, cyst, or mass that warrants further evaluation. Lymph nodes can become swollen from infection, inflammatory conditions, abscess, or even malignancy. Additional diagnostic tests including blood tests and imaging studies may be done for proper diagnosis. It is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
