the nasty looks and the smart mouth is horrible.  I call her on it, not all the time now.  She doesnt thinks she is being nasty.  Also today, she was grounded for a week off tomorrow....anyway her friend came to the door and I instructed her to tell her she was grounded and she was not able to play...she did and slammed the door in the girls face.  When she was asked why she did that she said it doesnt matter she doesnt like her.  Please help me bring my daughter back...im losing her.

You ,not her, answer the door and tell her friends she cannot play as she is busy, shut the door quietly, tell your daughter there are to be no more friends calling round till she is respectful to them,Dont let her open the door its your door.If she doent like it tell her thats the way it is and mean it.
