My step daughter bites herself when she gets frustrated about things ? She is also very aggressive with her sister who is 5 years old, pushing , hitting, and yelling ?

Any idea's how to help stop these behaviors ?

Does your husband have sole custody of his daughter, or is she shifted back and forth between parents? That can be very upsetting to a child.

Could she be jealous of her sister , maybe the younger child gets more attention ,focus on her positive side and praise her when you see her doing something right.Children often feel usurped when a sibling comes along, get Dad helping playing games and having fun , she feel left out ...good luck
