Little Boy really bad lately HELP

I have a five year old boy. He has resorted to talking back, not doing anything he is told, telling you NO when you ask him to behave, harming his little 3 year old brother on purpose, urinating in his closet, on the toilet, floor, and wall just because. When put to bed at 8 pm they sleep in bunk beds they dont go to sleep until after 11 pm. Steeling food, getting up at all hours of the night to watch tv. I just want to know if this is normal.. Please Help

Wow - has anything recently changed in his life?  It sounds like he's acting out - something is bothering him.

My 5 year old is starting to act out and it scares me. He has these mood swings when he does not get his way-he can be so mean to his 3 year old brother. There are times I feel he hates his brother. He will not share with his brother and they figh all the time. I feel my 5 year old has some anger issues and I do not know why? His father and I have just bought a home in a new state-he loves it but then he is starting to act out....HELP Parents. What can I do?
