Hi,
   I have a 2 1/2 year old nephew who seems to have a foot fetish.  He likes other peoples bare feet.  He liked to rub them with his hands and has now recently started to rub them on his face.  Is this Normal?????

I bet one of the parents plays with his feet and he likes it so he may think everyone does.  I wouldn't worry too much.
