My kids don't listen to me

What is wrong with my kids?  I don't know where to turn these days.  They are 2 girls (age 7 and 4) and a boy (age 2).  All they seem to do is wind each other up and shout and scream and cry all the time.  I admit that I shout too much at them but this is due to pure frustration.  I have tried to keep calm and not shout and they are ok for a while but then the same thing happens again and again.  I do lots of activities with them and this only seems to make things worse - so now I have given up as there seems no point.  I even feel like I want someone else to look after them - my sister-in-law has a live-in nanny and does very little in terms of washing, cleaning, etc.  I, however, have the complete opposite, with naughty kids and loads of chores.  I am considering a full time nanny but that means giving up my house to a stranger.  What do I do - please help.

Children learn from example so maybe if you stop yelling they will, this is where it comes from, they copy ,what are the activities you do with them ,may be good to seperate the activities up to do individually, get Dad involved perhaps he could do a lot of the Physical outside stuff,,what are the dynamics does the older girl start the behavior then the 4 year old gets upset, maybe if you keep the older child busy , seperatly and the 2 year old will do his own thing anyway. Give them individual tasks they will like ,.
