Not sure what to do?

Hi, recently a friend brought her 5 year old daughter over and whilst playing with my 3 year old son they went quite. I checked on them to hear her saying "shhhh" to my son and I found them both with their underwear off and her playing with my sons penis. It has since come to my attention that this is not the first time that the 5yr girl has done this and I'm angry at my friend for not informing me before, because had she I wouldn't have left them together alone iykwim..

I asked my son what they were doing and he said "playing with doodles" and he said she was playing with his doodle, I asked if she touched his bottom and he said no, I asked if he touched her vagina or bottom and he said no.

I'm sad, hurt, angry and confused about what to do now? I'm not sure how I handle it with my son as I dont want him to think this is normal behaviour but I also dont want him to think he has done any wrong in this.

Does anyone have any advice?
TIA

This is probably simply curiosity on your sons part ,it is possible the girl has learned the behavior somewhere, and is passing it on , perhaps mention it to your friend as she may want to address it with her Daughter, as your son is only 3 year old and you have explained to him it is not a good idea, simply let it go ,be aware that it has happened and keep an eye when he is playing , have the children play in an open setting ,a park etc, so many children go to play in bedrooms and solitary places when they visit friends ,keeping  them in eye sight is a good idea,
