OCD in a 6 yr old?

I had a new sitter who is 15 watch my boys and the next day my 6yr old said he wanted to kiss her and was upset because I wouldn't call and tell her. now everytime he see's a teenage girl or picture  he says "I want to kiss them but no" This has gone on for about 3weeks  non stop. a few days ago he said that girls are "hot" when I asked what it mean't he said nice. took him to Psycologist EED who talked to him less them 30min and told me there is nothing wrong with him, told my son that  and advise me to tell my son STOP I'm not listening to that he just wants my attention.Well that did not work and yesterday he said my penis goes up when I see a hot girl  and that a toy gun looks like a penis. Well I don't know if this is from stress from starting school. yesterday at a brthday party for one of his classmates one of the boys kept  kissing the kids from class some on the mouth and at a party last week it was the same thing not sure if it happens in class but my son sits next to him. just don't know what to think.

On reading your post it sounds as if he has learned this behavior , have you asked him how he got on with the new sitter as there seems to be a connection between the behavior starting and time frame you had her sit for you, check it out.was the sitter boy or girl, Some of this is normal but if he has seen something , you dont want it happening again.
