my daughter is 9 she was under a doctor at department of child and adolesscent mental health they are reffering me to sumone because they think there is attatchment problems which there is but there is much more besides that school anrt backing me they say she is a little behind than her peers but behavour wise she is fine and find some things she does as funny  eg tells tales way she runs about none stop  but she tell me quite often she as been in trouble at school for not listening making stupid noises  i think atfer these holidays they may see a change in her as her siblings are no longer at her school and she is worried about going bk thanks for the links i will have a look now

Oh, I also should have added that typically a doctor will not diagnose a child with ADHD until about 6.  If your child was not that old when you last saw a doctor, its time to take her again.

First, how old is she?  Next, who told you she has traits of autism or adhd?  If it was a doctor, what kind of a doctor?  Have the schools done any testing on her?
Also your comment on clothes made me think of someone with Sensory Integration Disorder or SIDS.  It is often misdiagnosed as ADHD, and many doctors and schools are still not used to seeing it.  You can find out more about it here - http://www.sensory-processing-disorder.com/index.html
Finally, many of the things that you are trying to do for your daughter in terms of discipline won't work if she has ADHD or SIDS or Autism.  That is why getting a good diagnosis is important, so that you can start using techniques on her that will work.   By the way, here is some pretty good info on ADHD -

Have you considered PDD-NOS (pervasive developmental disorder - not otherwise specified) which is a high functioning form of autism.  Just wondering ....
