my son afraid even go near puppies, chicks, some time he pees in his sleep, are these behaviors to worried about

  Agreed.  But some of these fears can be overcome.  Puppies and chicks tend to be fast moving.  Find the right kind of puppy at a pound or store, and I bet his response will be different.
