flat feet

Hi

my 3years old has flat feet...because of that he is having problem in balancing...he falls a lot and cannot jump or hop like a normal 3 years old...I had been to a podiologist regarding this matter.She gave us foot arches to put in his shoes...but sometime his imbalance really worries me...any suggestions regarding this is highly appreciated...

thanks for ur reply...I am quite sure that this flat feet..Actually I had been to a neurologist to regarding this matter...but all he said is that he will take his own time to get balanced..He checked his ears and other necessary tests..

Are you sure it is just flat feet--sometimes children have undiagnosed ear infections that really mess with their balance--and it could be a continuos condition...maybe also discuss this option with the dr.
