Bad behaviors in girls

I have a 4 year old girl that started to pee in boxes about a month ago. Soon following the peeing in boxes and baskets, she started to poop on the bathroom floor right beside the toilet and in the tub. We have tried everything from ignoring it to grounding to spanking her. She just won't stop.
Also, both of my girls, age 4 and 7 began to lie about everything. Just today they went into my purse and stole money and tried to say that it was their money. They do really bad things then try to say that neither one did it. They lie about eating. One day I let them eat pizza on the porch, they gave me their plates and said they ate it all, but when I went out and looked over the banister, they had taken one bite and threw it away. They keep taking our 10 week old kitten and holding her against her will, then when I ask if they have her, they lie and say no. It seems like for the past month, both of their behaviors are getting worst. We don't know what to do anymore.....please help

Perhaps you should find a home for the kitten where she will be safe, and take her away from the children animals are not toys they feel pain, maybe your daughters need more supervision, and bounderies set with consequences they wont like ,No TV No PC no games no fun,,The pizza incident could be considered a childrens behavior if they didnt like it and their lying was because they knew they would be in trouble. Seperate them up ,is seems one (The older one?) may be the instigator , get them playing seperatly.
