Overweight and Lower Back Pain :(

First off, I'm 30 yrs old, have had 5 children (4 epidurals and 1 spinal), I'm 5'4" and 215 pounds. For the past year, I have such severe lower back pain, that I can't sit or stand more than 20 minutes without being in severe pain (on the bad days), then there are days where I can clean the house and be ok. I take a multi-vitamin but that's it. Advil or Tylenol, muscle cream, hot baths/showers and a heating pad gives very little relief. Plus I can't take medicine daily, all day, every day.  What could this be? I also have no health insurance. I've wondered if it's just from being overweight and having all those darn epidurals/spinals.......

I didn't have it prior to being overweight, so I'm sure weight loss would help.....if it were just easy! : /

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Excess weight is a big contributor to low back pain. That's a likely culprit.

I should also add, I DO have anxiety and depression and have had them for 11 yrs. But this just really started about a yr ago and greatly effects my life.
