Thoracic outlet

I have been receiving chiropractic treatment for thoracic outlet for several months , mostly manipulation of the neck, and have improved alot, but seem to be at a standstill, I feel that I am probably as good as am going to get, but I am reluctant to quite going because I am afraid It will return but my insurance has maxed out for chiro care , I do regular shoulder strengthing and stretching exercises,  how long and how often should I keep going to keep up with progress
and is there any certain chiro treatment that would benefit from? I DO NOT want to go the surgical route .
I should mention that most of my pain was originally in the shoulder but seems to be in the arm with certain activities

Thank you for your response , unfortunately  there is not an Upper Cervical doc in my area closest one is about 70 or miles away , I have been receiving ultrasound with mostly neck manipulation , could you tell me what the difference would be in the adjustment or method they use?
If I only needed to go a couple of times I would drive the 70 miles but I doubt that would be the case.

There is no cookie cutter frequency that you should be going. It all depends on your needs and activity levels.

Some patients "hold" their adjustments for months at a time, while others can only seem to go for a few days before needing another. It helps to limit/cease activities that make your symptoms worse.

I'm not sure what technique you're currently receiving, or exactly how often you're presently receiving care, but you might consider finding an Upper Cervical doctor in your area. You can visit www.UpCspine.com for a referral directory - hopefully a specialist will be close by. These methods of adjustments often help patients to reach lengthy holding times.
