dizzy from activator

My chiropractor (best in town) used her activator on the sides of my neck.  It hurt a little when she did the right side and she decreased the strength/velocity.
I have felt a little dizzy since then.....it was today.
Should I be concerned.
I have no neck or back pain....she treats me for hip bursitis and I have improved an incredible amount.
Not sure why she adjusts my neck.  Of course I can ask her next time, but should I tell her immediately about my dizziness?  I'm 74 by the way.
Main complaint is bladder pressure undiagnosed after every imaginable test...CT scans,
ultrasound, cystoscopy, pelvic exam, upper GI, etc.

Without having seen your X-rays or exam results, I cannot comment on whether or not I agree with her treatment approach. I can say, however, that a slight feeling of dizziness following an adjustment is not necessarily a bad thing. If it persists, and/or gets worse, then I would investigate further.

Be sure to tell her about the dizziness, most definitely...

Warm wishes,

I'm fine today.  My xrays showed spondolyisthesis L4 over L5.
I'm wondering if lower back adjustments could have put the pressure on my bladder.....or if it has nothing to do with the adjustments, but with the condition.  She never claimed to be able to fix the above.  I did have lower back pain when I started with her and it is completely gone.
She ordered me a lift for my left shoe and the hip is really really improving....either from her adjustments or the lift.  Major improvement.
I used to go to bed with an ice pack every night and do not at all any more.

Thanks for your prompt reply to the first question.
