Due to a glitch in the notification system I am late with my reply.  Please accept my sincere apology.

Your spirometry report is not sufficient data for a complete diagnosis, but what data there is most suggestive of obstructive lung disease.  This presumes optimum effort in the performance of the test.  The two main obstructive lung diseases are COPD and asthma.  More clinical information is needed and/or the results of PFT's post bronchodilator test values.  It would be unusual to have a completely normal CT scan with this degree of airflow obstruction caused by COPD.  Thus, assuming these are valid test results, the most likely dignosis would be asthma or another airway disease, including CF, but not COPD.

It would be wise to assume valid results and request consultation with a pulmonary specialist to sort things out.

Good luck
