tnx for the reply, My Dr listens very carefully to my lungs every visit. He always tells me that they sound bad. I have a partial collaspe of the left lung and my diaphram moved in.
Anything strenous, even rolling over bed take my breath away. I asked for o2 but he said my numbers are too high and the insurance will not accept me for o2.
I have a feeling that at night I drop low. si I just ordered a pulse ox meter with a memory and will monitor my own o2 levels. I am at approx 50% of my expected capacity and can not understand how my o2 can be high.
I am always fatigued and run down feeling. I was a pipe welder for 38 yrs and smoked for 30 yrs but I quit smoking 11 yrs ago and due to copd had to retire. I am 57 yrs old and am not ready for the rocking chair and the clapper.... so if any one understands this o2 situation please reply thank you toghog
