Broncheitasis Lung disease

Why do I cough up so much mucus evertime I eat and drink anything?
I know this is a seperate issue from the broncheitasis because I have had
chronic lung disease for yrs. This just started in the last 3 yrs and has gotten worse. No Dr. has had the answer yet. Please tell me what could be causing this?

I would wonder if acid reflux is causing the symptoms immediately after eating or drinking.

Also, have you seen an ENT and had a scope done?  Some people have problems with the flap that closes the trachea so that things don't get into the lungs while you swallow.

Just some thoughts.  Feel better.
