Pulmonary tubercolosis, right upperlobe

Hi, im only 25 years old im applying for a new job and it requires me to take a medical, after seeing my xray the remarks on my medical states that i have recticular and hazy densities are noted in the right upper lobe. Heart and great vessel are unremarkable. Diaphragm and sulci are intact. Visualized osseus structures are unremarkable. Impression pulmonary tubercolosis right upper lobe.

I want to know if i am in a delicate condition. I need to work cause im the bread winner in the family, please help me i dont have enough money to consult pulmonologist. Should i undergo medication? Thanks
