Yeah I have hundreds of those and some spiders as well. I believe the dots are called cherry angiomas

Hi for me the spider angioma is a flat cherry red dot with little lines coming from it that resembles a spider.  I also have just the dots, they are also a cherry red.

Looks like a pimple to me

Spider angiomas tend to appear as flat red spots with extensions protruding from the centre, giving them the appearance of a spider web.
