Re colon polyp

I  have just had a tubular adenoma polyp removed  6 mm x 6 mm from my proximal transverse colon  Histology came back low dysplaysia  and was told to get checked in two years  , but this polyp was not found 14 months ago  and I am worried in case I get another before the two year review  , Do you think I should have a yearly review  as I suffer from anxiety and this is worrying me , Doctor is not concerned.  Any advice would be welcome thank you
