I recommend that you follow Hava's advice. He greatly helped my husband who suffers from diabetes.
Thank you very much. The trembling affects the whole body particularly the hands. The sickness noticeable when i touch/hold tiny items like a pin, spoon, paper etc.and there is no pain.the sickness is refered as familial tremor/essential tremor.
The techniques I suggested will help you over the long term.People with nervous system problems have benefited. I have not come across anyone with your problem.
Write down all the symptoms you have, how many cm. does the hand/body part move, is there any pain etc.
Follow the techniques, and review your symptoms every month. If you are doing nothing then do the breathing techniques 3 times a day. Only you will benefit and you will see some change in you. Do it, to benefit.

Thank you for this recommendation. Kindly tell me doest it work , is there any one who had benefited from such a technique?
I am suggesting some natural activity to stimulate your nervous system. Follow these techniques daily, three times a day.Drink warm water and a teaspoon of turmeric powder with hot water. I would like to know when you your touch your nose, with the thumb, does the hand shake? Let me know how you feel after 6 weeks of following these techniques.Do not give up, as this works on the body systems gradually, so allow months to notice a benefit.
Bhastrika - Take a long deep breath into the lungs(chest not tummy) via the nose and then completely breathe out through the nose.Duration upto 5 minutes.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 15 to 30 minutes twice a day. Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.

Eliminate consumption of caffeine, including coffee, colas and caffeinated tea. Limit alcohol. (A small amount of alcohol may temporarily reduce tremors, but should never be used to treat symptoms.)
Know the side effects of prescription drugs or herbs you are taking. Amphetamines, lithium or stimulants can all exacerbate shaking.
Begin a regular practice of relaxation techniques such as meditation or t ai chi.
Consider cranial osteopathy or some form of energy medicine such as Therapeutic Touch or Reiki. You might also experiment with acupuncture, hypnosis and massage.
Consider herbal-based relaxants such as valerian. Follow the dosage directions on the product labels.
