Lugol's solution (potassium iodide) is generally recommended for the health of women's breasts and sexual organs. Those with an iodine deficiency may tend to develop cysts. That is certainly true of me. Foods high in iodine are those that come out of the sea - fish, shell fish and sea vegetables.
These pranayam (breathing techniques) will help to gradually reduce the cysts and gallstones. Do it twice a day, with eyes closed and no distractions.
Drink plenty of warm/hot water and avoid cold drinks.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Kapalbhati pranayam -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day. Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30 minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

But iodine isn't for everyone -- be sure you're not already ingesting an abundance of iodine because too much of a good thing isn't a good thing anymore, and can adversely a person tending to hyperthyroid or with budding Hashimoto's. Look, healthy foods are healthy foods -- lots of colored vegetables full of antioxidants, avoid toxic foods. But the gallstones aren't going to be passed by eating healthy vegetables. There are some herbal products that might help with these stones, which some believe are caused by eating the wrong kinds of calcium. But I'd see a professional for these problems, since they are already there and diet is often more of a preventative than something that takes care of physical growths already there. Good luck.
