I'm very concerned about this, it sounds like it has really taken over your life. It is a familiar problem. It sounds like it is time to be talking to a psychotherapist and looking at the 'big picture' in your life. My hunch is that you have some things you need to find the courage to feel in your heart, so you won't have to keep feeling them in your body.
You might have a look at my site (Grossbart.com) for some self-diagnostic exercises, the specific focus is skin issues but the ideas would apply.
Hope this helps.

So sorry to hear about all the troubles. I think talking to someone will really help.

Thank you for your reply. It's amazing that you have basically figured out that there are alot more things going on and have gone in my life over the last few years that have caused or added to this phobia (if thats what it is) of mine.
My eldest son had serious RTA in 2003, 15 operatios later he is nearing the end of his treatment.
My Daughter had a baby who died at 9mths old due to a Genetic problem. I was there when the baby was born and when she died and is still very raw for me.
Maybe as you say I just need to talk to someone not involved who can give me advice on how I am feeling.
Thank you so much for your reply.
