Right sided pain

I have been expierencing pain on the lower right side of my abdomen. It started last year and then I started not being able to eat anything apart from vegatables, if i did I would bloat terribly and then have dihera and quite uncomfortable pain under my left rib.. Celiac was ruled out and I was told i had a wheat allergy and therefore IBS. The pain on my right side continued when I sneezed coughed etc etc. A few weeks agao I caught a bug which left me with severe sickness and dihera and a fever. Folowing that I visited my doctor as I was in conciderable pain in my upper left abdomen as well as my right side. she said it was because of the virus and that it would calm down. Two days later I was unable to stand up for more that two minates and visited again. this time she checked for a hernia  and sent of stool and bloods. They checked for Helicobater and Roter virus. All negative, The answer I got was musculer. A week later the pain in my right side had me in tears she checked again for a hernia and is sending me for a transviginal ultra sound - next month. Now the pain is like constant period pains all across my lower abdomen with a stabbing/ sharo pain in the original right hand side. I cant be like this for another month! Any ideas that I could suggest to my GP in the mean time as a month is a long time to wait and it is effecting my day to day life and I am due back to work in a week. Please help!

I had pretty much the same symptoms as you are having. The right side always hurting bloating and dihera every time i ate. They even tested me for a parasite and did the same things you did blood and stool samples. Even the ultra sound. I had to go and see a gi doctor and the did some scopes and found out that i have crhons colitis. So maybe see if you doctor will send you to a gi specialist if they do send you and then send you to a dietation dont go on a high fiber diet thats what they did to me and when i when to a different gi specialist he told me thay was the worst thing to do your bowls are already inflamed and the fiber diet causes you to go to the bathroom even more. I hope this has been helpful to you.
