I've read that pregnancy can help.  I just had my baby and have ulceritis colitis.   The pregnancy slowed down my metabolism so my fetus can intake all the nutrients she needed.  I was even taken off Hymira and I was fine.  I felt like my old self prior to getting the disease.

If this is not the case for you, I suggest making a log of everything you eat so you know what give you flare ups.

Hi there!

I would suggest sticking to soft semi-solid diet with plenty of mashed/ boiled fruits and vegetables. Calorie adjustment would need to be made as per the pregnancy week. Slight amount of physical exercises may also be beneficial.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
