Crohn's Disease with constipation?

Hi,
Yesterday I went to an alternative health practicioner and resonated Crohn's disease through hook-up on the Scio machine.  I have done a little bit of research on Crohn's and am having trouble believing that I have it, as I do not have diarhea, I have been having mostly constipation, and because of straining have developed an anal fissure and hemorroids.  I have had a little nausea at times during the month, and some cramping when I have taken natural senna laxative to help move my bowels a little more.  I do have IBS, and do have Hashimoto's and PCOS...maybe these things could be causing this instead?  Any thoughts?

You might want to go to a Gastroenterologist and get a colonoscopy/endoscopy. That should tell you for sure if you have Crohns.
