Can Crohn's Colitis cause a false positive HIV test?

I had a false positive HIV test about a year ago. I went to Planned Parenthood to get tested for HIV using a rapid test.  I took a rapid HIV test and the first and second tests came back positive.  Each test took about 10 minutes.  I had a confirmation RNA test that was sent to a lab that came back negative.

To have a RNA test come back negative was a great relief, but raised questions why did both rapid test come back positive?  I am wondering if my crohn's or ulcerative colitis (my doctor has not defined my disease) can cause a HIV rapid test to come back positive?

It's my guess that the rapid HIV tests came back positive not because I had antibodies but, I have an over reactive immune system.  There are other possibilities too, bad lab work, or defective tests.

Thank you.
