What to eat?

I am suffering with crohn's with partial blockage in small intestine. I am an Indian, and my basic problems is , i am having abdominal cramps with gas which creates pain in abdomen ,which radiates back to my spine. I am not sure what to eat and not to...i am also lactose intolerance, so please help me manage this issue and tell me what to eat?

Tell us how you are . did the liquid diet help you , thats what they do in the hospital. so im all for staying out of there for 12 days of broth. I hope your doing well.

If you are suffering with a partial blockage, get to the gi dr asap.
Also, liquid diet should help but you need meds.  Often if you have a gi dr and you have been to see them within a year, you can call and tell them you are having a flare-up and they will give you meds.  
How do you know it is a blockage?

I have had crohns for 20 years and ever time you grt a bowel obstuction they eather want to do surgery or the best move is bowel rest. that means broth jello .I had surgery and it came back in 3 months in 3 places! I am 53 and I live with constant back pain. a massage helped me alot. and yes I get those electric shocks front to back. I wonder if everyone with crohns does? hope this helps.
