Based on the dates of my ultrasound could my ex be the father?

I had sex with my ex on july 13th. I went in for an ultrasound on October 20 and was told my GA was 12 weeks and 3 days. Based on that is that far enough away from when i had sex with my ex?

Hi, it would help if you just said what estimated due date you were given instead of weeks GA. Was it something like May 1?

Yes, sorry my Edc is may 1
Hi, what's an Edc?
Do you mean an EDD? If your estimated due date is May 1, that suggests a probable ovulation date of August 8, give or take a week because the ultrasound was in the 12th week. But even if you were to take an extra week and say August 1, that is not very close to the sex on July 13. (You would probably even have had a period in between. Did you?)
I wasn't sure myself but it was labeled that on the ultrasound, so i looked it up. apparently it stands for estimated date of confinement, an old term for EDD. i tend to be irregular and i can't really remember when i had my period that month.
If you got an estimated date for the birth of the child from that ultrasound that you had, and that estimated date is May 1, I would not worry about the person on July 13. After the baby comes you could do a DNA test with him on the quiet, if you want to, but he sounds too early to be the dad.
Should i be concerned about the accuracy of the due date from the ultrasound? I've heard it could be off past 12 weeks.
As I said already, if your estimated due date is May 1, that suggests a probable ovulation date of August 8, give or take a week because the ultrasound was in the 12th week. But even if you were to take an extra week and say it's not August 8 but instead is August 1, that is not very close to the sex on July 13.
