whats the truth?
Okay so there's this girl saying she's pregnant by my babys dad.. she days she concieved on either New Years Eve or New Years & her due date is September 12th so since the doctors count from the first day of your last period I counted 40 weeks back & it landed on the 6th so I'm guessing that was her last period but could she really have concieved in that day.. can it really be my babys dads? My cousins girlfriend has almost the same due date & her doctors told her she concieved mid December wouldn't that girl have concieved around mid December as well??

Too late for precision, then. If she keeps pressing the issue, all he can do is say he will go for a DNA test once the baby is born. You can't rule out anything based on a 4th month ultrasound, he is still within range because the margin for error is pretty wide. If it comes to that, be sure the DNA test is done at a lab certified by the family courts for determining paternity. This guarantees no faking the results, and it also puts everything into public record if it is ordered by the court. Don't let him sign anything except an agreement to get a DNA test (and frankly, I'd run any such agreement by a lawyer first). Don't let anyone suggest a drugstore test, it needs to be a lab where he goes with his i.d., and the swab has to be kept safely by them.

Only early ultrasounds are considered accurate for dating, because although some babies grow at the average rate throughout pregnancy, sometimes, babies grow faster or slower than the average.
If she wasn't told a date until she was 4 or 4 months along, you won't be able to know whether it is accurate until the baby is born.
Just tell your boyfriend that although you think this girl is gaming you, he can call her bluff and go for a DNA test at a lab certified by the courts, when the baby is born. Don't let him sign anything until then and don't let this be done by a drugstore test, it needs to be a lab where he goes with his i.d., and the swab has to be kept safely by them. The other part didn't make sense.. if it's a more recent sonogram especially a 3D it is accurate, it's not accurate at your early weeks.. with both my girls at my early weeks they told me a due date then when I was about 4 or 5months they told me the one that was my final due date & yeah it was true my first one I had her two weeks before my due date & my second one two days late
She didn't find out I guess until she was like 3 or 4 months & that's when she got her 3D sonogram..

He got out like at 9 or 10 p.m. & went to sleep with me he was with me everyday until like the 31st & the girl is the one that said that they had sex on New Years, but that's impossible to have that due date.. she's the one telling everyone that her due date is September 12th, she even got a 3D sonogram recently

The woman's story on the face of it makes not enough sense, because she says sex on December 31 or January 1 produced a baby due September 12. But if you got the December 31/January 1 part of the story from your boyfriend and the part about the baby due September 12 from her, the fact of things not adding up is easier to understand.

I am not saying that your assessment of her motives is wrong, and not saying he is the dad of the baby. I'm just here to assess whether he could be. You said he didn't get out until "after Christmas day," but didn't say if it was later on Christmas day, or days and days later. The conception calculator says about the due date of September 12:

How can they have almost the same due date & waaaaay different days they concieved? My babys dad said he was not with her, me & her have history we hate each other & even when she went out with him a long time ago she would still try getting to me even to this day that now me & him live together with our kids

OK, does that mean for sure that he didn't have any sex with her until December 31?
My babys dad was incarcerated the whole month of December & didn't get out until after Christmas Day

That all said, it sounds like she is seriously yanking everyone's chain with this, so it's time for your boyfriend to be dignified, and serious, back. I assume she will asks him for a DNA test, and if she does not, he should be the first to suggest it. It should be done at a lab certified by the family courts for determining paternity, the kind of reliable place where he is asked to prove his identify and the custody of the samples is accurate. You don't want to do a drugstore test, the possibility of someone sending the wrong swab in exists. Also, for what it is worth, a certified lab's records become part of the public record (if it is done with court involvement), and if your boyfriend is not the dad, he wants that.

It depends how they dated her pregnancy. If they just went from the last cycle I can see the dates not matching your BF but that being said its just an estimate. i know that by all the calculators my conception date is a week earlier then it was. I know what the exact date was because I had a blood test every day that week to see when ovulation occurred for me. So if she ovulated late then it could have been New years, and since it is within 5-7 days of her last cycle dates they would keep the Sept 12 due date

I would say more than likely she is just trying to cause problems but I would get a DNA test done just to be sure once she has the baby.
Awwwww!! Congratulations lol that's how me & my bf celebrate lol we want another baby were hoping to have a baby boy HOPEFULLY!! LOL

My due date is Sept 8th and I conceived on Dec 16/17 I know 100% due to the fact it was our anniversary and we were celebrating lol
Yeah I've done so much research on it & honestly they have all said the same thing that she had have to concieve mid December
Every woman is different so it is possible and u cant be the one to decide. A DNA test will have to determine that. What a terrible thing to go thru. Hope it all vets resolved soon.
