16 and pregnant who my baby daddy

im 36 weeks pregnant and still dont know who my baby daddy is , my due date is decemeber 31st i had sex on 2 diffrent occasions once on the first week of april and then agine on the very last week of april who is more likely my baby daddy ...? someone who actully knows this kinda stuff please help me :,(

Honey, babies cost a lot of money.  You would be turning down a better quality of life for the baby if you did not expect him to fulfill his legal responsibility to his child.

he is turning 18 on christmas but it really seems like a hassle i dont really know if hes even gonna be there he said he would when he found out yet he wont even talk to me so i dont know what to belive but just in case he does end up being there i dont wanna make him go through all that

In other words, if you had been married, he might (or might not) owe you some spousal support as part of the divorce settlement.  But simply by virtue of being born and being his child, your baby has the right to his support; it has nothing to do with you being married.  If you call the local law school, they can tell you where their low-cost or no-cost clinic is that can help with this.

No, sweetheart, you are probably thinking of alimony.  

Child support is the legal right of the child to have his or her father help pay for his or her support.  You can't sign it away, it is your child's right.  It usually is computed using a formula that your state determines, though there is nothing to stop a couple from agreeing on more.  Your child has the right to child support until he or she stops being a minor, and in some cases, through college.

Please see a lawyer, the sooner the better.  Law schools have legal clinics that can help file for child support also.  The lawyer will be well able to advise you on how to go about it.  And if you are 16 and the dad is over 18, he has even more reason to behave himself and pay his child-support.

Hi, bamers.  Here is what the conception calculator says regarding your due date.  It will be reliable if your due date is reliable.  When did you get the due date, and by what method?  Did it come from an ultrasound early in pregnancy?  (That would be the best.)  Did it come from the doctor counting on a little wheel?  Did it come from you figuring it out from something your doctor said?  (That would be the least helpful method.)

If your due date is reliable:

     Computed first day of last menstrual period:  March 26
     Probable date of ovulation:  April 9
     Possible dates of conception:  April 5 to 13
     Due date:  December 31 (40 weeks)

Even if your due date is not pinpoint accurate, it would be hard to see the guy in late April being the dad.  Everything points to the guy in early April.

Have you gotten any legal help?  You will need to be filing for child support, and there are steps to go through for that.

The only way to know for shore is to have a dna test ( after bub is born is the safest ) every women's cycle is different and sperm can live inside you for upto 7 days.

Im due December 30 they said my conception date was april 7 so it should be the guy from the first week

Try babymed conception calculator. Put in your due date and it will tell you the dates you could have possibly had sex. Good luck.

Its probably the person from the first week.  I'm due January 15th and I conceived on April 28th according to my doctor. Hope that helps

So I'm due January 7th , my last period was like the 2nd of April , I had sex with someone April 13th , & then my bf on April 15th/16th . I didn't get my period for may.  So who could it be or its too close to tell ????

Because I'm due January 4th which makes my last
period the beginning of April which I didnt get. The first day of my last period was March 1st so my due date was originally Dec 6 then after i had my first ultra sound i wasn't as far along as they thought. So it would have to be the guy from the first week. I hope that makes sense.

So if your due december 31st..you probably had your last period around march 26th...the doctors start counting pregnancy from the first day of your last period..so on april 9th you were 2 weeks pregnant! So it'll be the guy you had sex with the beginning of april!! Hope i helped!!!! Goodluck sweetie!
